Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

SawHaul honors returns/exchanges within thirty (30) days of product shipment at customer's cost of shipping and handling back to SawHaul, LLC in Chanute, KS. Liquidation, clearance, and sale items are not allowable for returns or refunds. In case of a damaged product upon arrival, see WARRANTY information below. GearHaul offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee return policy on all regular-priced purchases. If you purchase a product and don’t like it, you have 30 days to return the product.  Item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in a resellable condition. We warranty each and every SawHaul, BucketHaul, and ToolHaul ("SawHaul" refers to the actual Bracket Mount) to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the life of the component product itself, and we will repair or replace with a new component, at our option, any SawHaul, BucketHaul, or ToolHaul that is defective. GearHaul does not warrant its products against normal wear, misuse, or product modifications. 

While we have made every attempt to ensure that the installation accessories and instructions are as accurate and specific as possible, GearHaul is not responsible for any errors or omissions during the installation of your Gear product. The installation accessories and instructions are intended to be a guide to the safe installation of your GEarHaul products, but additional steps may need to be taken to ensure a safe, secure fit. Please contact us if you are having installation issues at  Furthermore, GearHaul is not responsible for injuries or damages occurred during installation or prescribed use of the GearHaul products.
