Shipping

Most orders ship the same or next business day, depending on the time the order is placed. Orders placed later in the day, on weekends, or on holidays may ship the following business day.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside GearHaul’s control.

Returns and Refunds

GearHaul offers a 30-day return policy on regular-priced purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of shipment.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Liquidation, clearance, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Products that arrive damaged or defective may be covered under the warranty outlined below.

Warranty

GearHaul warrants the powder coated metal components of each SawHaul, BucketHaul, and ToolHaul component to be free from defects in materials or workmanship that cause a failure of the that specific metal component for the life of the component.  For warranty-eligible defects, GearHaul will repair or replace the affected component at its discretion.

For purposes of this warranty, “SawHaul” refers to the black powder coated bracket mount itself, not the composite scabbards, as just like a chain on a chainsaw, it is a wearable item that will periodically need replaced depending upon the usage and care it has been treated with since the purchase.  

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, accidents, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
