The SawHaul Pro-Grade Scabbard is the replacement scabbard designed specifically for the New & Improved SawHaul system. Built for operators who rely on their chainsaws daily, this remastered design provides dependable saw protection while helping keep equipment organized, accessible, and ready for work.
Designed for demanding forestry, tree care, landscaping, farm, utility, and property maintenance applications, the Pro-Grade Scabbard helps shield chainsaw bars during transport and storage while working across equipment, trailers, trucks, UTVs, and jobsites.
The updated design features a wider 5” profile and a 3/4” inside gap to improve compatibility and fitment across a wide range of chainsaw setups. Available in three length options, the scabbard allows operators to choose the configuration that best fits their saw and work environment.
The reinforced top cap now features a heavy-duty 1/4” thick design along with a built-in holder for carrying a scrench and file, helping keep commonly used saw maintenance tools close at hand while working.
Designed for real-world use, the scabbard is considered a consumable wear component due to constant contact with chainsaw chains, sharp edges, debris, and repeated loading cycles during operation. To help prolong the life of your scabbard:
Always ensure the chain has come to a complete stop before loading the saw
Load the saw parallel into the scabbard to minimize interior contact
Periodically clean out sawdust, debris, and wood chips from inside the scabbard
