This kit is the Fixed Mount that can be mounted to any square or round vertical tubing that is 3/4" to 3" thick. This kit does NOT rotate. Typical applications include UTVs, ATVs, Roll Over Bars, Zero-Turn Lawn Mowers, Man Lifts, and equipment with Storage/Cargo Racks.

The Snap-Lok Rotating Mount (Sold Separately) allows even easier access and is a great feature to have when picking up trash or cleaning up after a storm.
